SHIPPING 
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm will be processed and shipped out same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and shipped out next business day. Orders placed over weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped out next business day.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
​Free standard shipping on all orders over $200 AUD within Australia. Orders under $200 AUD is a flat rate of $10. Orders are shipped via Australia Post using their Parcel Post delivery service. You can expect to receive your order in 2-3 days, however delivery times may vary depending on your location. For a more precise delivery time frame for your location visit Australia Post website.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
For Express shipping a flat rate of $14.00AUD will be applied to your order. Delivery time frame is 1 - 3 business days. Although this is a next day service delivery times may vary depending on your location. For a more precise delivery time frame for your location visit Australia Post website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard delivery worldwide is a flat rate of $25AUD. International orders are shipped via Australia Post using their International Standard service. Delivery times vary depending on your location. RETURNS
At TARNI EILEEN we value each one of our customers and take pride in the quality of each one of our garments, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly facilitate an exchange on full priced items, provided the goods are:
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery​.
  • In original condition, unworn, unwashed and still have the original tags attached.
  • Accompanied with proof of purchase, return authorisation (RA) number and a return form. 
     
    ​We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice or offer returns on sale items. Items discounted by 50% or higher are deemed final sale. However refunds are offered for faulty merchandise under Australia laws if TARNI EILEEN cannot repair or provide a replacement of the same item.
     
    HOW TO RETURN
    Contact us at customercare@tarnieileen.com.au or alternatively fill in the form on our Contact page and we will assist you with your return personally. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with your RA number. Once we receive and assess your return, we will notify you via email and process your exchange or store credit within 2 days. 
    TARNI EILEEN is not responsible or accountable for the loss or damage of garments during transit when being returned.
     
    FAULTY ITEMS
    We pride ourselves on being Australian made and providing our customers with goods of high quality and standard. If you have received an item with a defect please contact us at customercare@tarnieileen.com.au with a description and photograph of the defect. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received defected, or a manufacturing fault. Goods that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered faulty. 
     
    ​TARNI EILEEN reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy criteria once we receive and assess your return.
